immediate. Dependent on the incident this can be an evacuation plan, floorplans with fire
equipment, communication protocols, important numbers to call or the installation procedures for
the latest backup. All timely and up to date via PC, tablet and mobile phone.

With 1 press of the button Ba-PRO Right Response alerts a group of employees or third parties and
bring them up to speed on the latest situation and provide instructions and relevant information on
all platforms from PC to mobile.

Ba-PRO Right Response centrally manages all information and documents about the resources that
are crucial for the continuity of your business. Information about buildings, floorplans, fire systems
with their certifications, IT systems, machines, version numbers, maintenance plans etc, all securely
centrally managed and always available.

Your incident response plans are stored on the same system. So in case of an incident you can
